I checked earlier today, in fact, no one there knows how to answer a phone. It's an older land line, and they just keep swiping right on the back of it when it rings. After 30 or so minutes of amusement watching people slide their finger, and yell at the back of the phone, I picked it up, and set it on the counter. Now it should always ring busy. You're welcome.
